Summary
I Realise it is some years now since schools stopped teaching respect and manners to pupils. However, what concerns me most today is the seeming lack of common sense so many young people have with regard to crossing the road in the city centre.
Swarms of young people seem to pour from the city's education establishments and what is particularly noticeable since the start of the new term is how many of them just step into the road without looking or amble across oblivious to the traffic (very often engrossed with a mobile phone).See the full content of this document
