I Am at a loss as to why parking meters are necessary in Littleover. We are, after all, a suburb of the city - what comes next, Mickleover, Allenton, Alvaston?
Councillor Banwait says it will solve the "parking problems" in Littleover. What parking problems? In my experience, having lived here for some 35 years, and used the car for shopping (rather than walking if I have heavy bags) I have always been able to park in the car parks in the village.See the full content of this document
