Summary
In response to C. Murby's letter (Opinion, November 20) concerning the menacing letter sent if council tax payments are not actually paid on the due date, I have recently heard of several cases of this happening.
As Mrs Murby pointed out, the office has only to check their records to see if past payments have been paid regularly and whether, therefore, there is any risk of non-payment.See the full content of this document
