A UNIVERSITY of Derby graduate who set up his own engineering company has won contracts with two major players in the rail industry. Nathan Pearson, who founded Pearson's Engineering Services, which provides railway track inspection and maintenance, has secured deals with Derby train-maker Bombardier and East Midlands Trains.
