Summary
I Feel I must write regarding the presenters on BBC Radio Derby. Let's just sample a few, starting with Shane O'Connor with his smut and manic style of presenting. Then we have Aleena Naylor - what a brilliant idea to have a cookery programme on the radio when we cannot smell, see or taste what is being cooked by her "celebrity chef". There's Ed George who insists on playing music by people like Savage Garden and Maroon Five when his listeners are likely to be people of my age - 60. I haven't a clue who half of the bands he plays are. Just because he has been to see these bands live doesn't mean I want to listen to them.
