HERITAGE enthusiasts are being warned that they are running out of time to vote for which Derbyshire historical figure or landmark should be recognised with blue plaques.

Judges have announced a 12-strong shortlist of the county's great and good - and it is up to the public to decide which person or place deserves the recognition.
