In a recent issue you featured a photograph of the Brailsford Handbell Ringers playing at Carsington Water, in 1995, and asked for information.
The reservoir had been opened officially for only three years and, in December of 1995, staged a two-day Christmas Festive Fair. The Brailsford Handbell Ringers were there to entertain the visitors. They played carols and other Christmas tunes.See the full content of this document
