ALMOST a quarter of a million people in parts of Derbyshire have been condemned to sluggish internet speeds for an extra two years, Labour has claimed.
The previous Government had planned to extend fast broadband to the entire country by 2013, but current ministers have said that plan is unfeasible and that the target will be to give 90% of the population access by 2015.See the full content of this document
