I WAS pleased to read that the police are running a Be Safe, Be Seen campaign encouraging school pupils to wear bright colours when walking or cycling to school.
Road accidents are the most common cause of death among children, so any simple measures such as encouraging wearing bright clothing are to be welcomed.See the full content of this document
