MY letter about the Royal Derby Hospital ('Judicial review could be sought', August 7), questioned the adequacy of the Section 106 payment by Derby Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to Derby City Council, obtained in connection with the recent planning approval for the 700-place car park near to Kingsway Hospital.
It also raised a concern about the corresponding burden of additional costs falling upon third parties, including nearby residents.See the full content of this document
