A GROUP fighting to restore an historic pavilion to its former glory as a successful concert venue has presented its initial proposals to councillors.

Members of the Matlock Bath Pavilion Group are asking Derbyshire Dales District Council to let them come up with a detailed business plan for the Grand Pavilion.
