I READ with great interest that three councillors have now questioned the feasibility of the proposed two stretches of bus lane on Kedleston Road. (Tories hope to force a U-turn over bus lane, Telegraph, November 10).

This scheme is expensive, illconsidered, questionable in its assumed benefits, and is being forced through against the wishes of residents and local business interests with little consultation, nor apparent opportunities to object.
