Even before the 77-year-old opens his mouth, he is almost overcome with grief.

"I'm so worried," he said. "I can't think about what lies ahead. I can't sleep at night. I'm even afraid to die."

Norman and his 81-year-old wife Catherine are desperate. That's because they suspect their disabled daughter's life is about to be turned upside down - shattering their world, and hers.
