WHAT a laugh. I learn from the Derby Telegraph that our local polling station, Ripley Leisure Centre, has no parking facilities available on polling day today due to "refurbishment" activities.

It is my philosophy that a vote exists to be used, so it offends me not to do so, but I'm blessed if I'm going to have to experience pain and inconvenience because I can't park my car.
