Summary
On reading Bygones on the website, I was interested in the article from Tony Bowler (May 19), asking people to name members of the Co-op paint works fire brigade featured in a photo, above, belonging to his brother, Ron Bowler.
I wondered if my father, Arthur Alcock, might be one of the people pictured. He certainly worked on the loading dock at the paint works in the mid-50s, although his ties to the CWS paint factory went back much earlier.See the full content of this document
