Dave Higginbottom's letter of November 5 hits the nail on the head. Every winter, grown-ups have to endure a month-long fireworks nuisance, inflicted on them, probably, by 12-year-olds.
I implore MPs to have courage. Why not make it an offence to let off fireworks except on one day each year, unless with a special licence?See the full content of this document
