A TEENAGE drink-driver caught by police in Derby has been disqualified for 12 months. Curtis Mills, 19, of Hampshire Drive, Sandiacre, was stopped by police at 10.55pm on September 23, in Lawrence Street, Derby.
Southern Derbyshire magistrates heard how, in a roadside breath test, he gave a reading of 43 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, eight more than the legal drink-drive limit of 35mg.See the full content of this document
