THE leader of Derby City Council is sticking by his views that Sinfin Lane is not the right place for a waste treatment plant.
Councillor Philip Hickson made the statement in response to questions about a recent judge's ruling to overturn a decision made by the council's planning committee which had prevented the controversial plant being built.
