A CAMPAIGNER said last night that one of the robbers who killed Derby-born Jamie Simpson should not have even been at large in the community.

Barbara Dunne, from campaign group Mothers Against Knives, spoke to the Derby Telegraph after it was revealed Anthony Maina was on police bail for a previous fatal stabbing when he took part in the bungled raid that cost Mr Simpson his life.
