A DRUG user who stole a Pounds 165 iPod from a 13-year-old boy has been jailed for a year.
Ben Hinkley barged into the teenager, pushing him against a fence, and repeatedly asked to look at the gadget which was in the boy's pocket, Derby Crown Court heard. Marilyn Nair, prosecuting, said the boy refused three times but finally handed over the iPod.See the full content of this document
