Summary
Approximately two weeks ago, in the Victoria Street area, I found a purse containing a substantial amount of cash, more credit cards than I or the police had seen in one purse and other personal items and information which would have been absolute gold dust to a criminal.
I foolishly (some would say) gave up most of my dinner break to take it to the police station, thinking that someone would be frantic. Full contact details were left.See the full content of this document
