OUR heartfelt thanks to the staff in ICU and Fran the chaplain at the Royal Derby Hospital, for their wonderful care given to our brother Steve Hawkes.
Steve unfortunately passed away on July 2. However, the unstinting care and attention he received from everyone over his final four days was exemplary and 'beyond' care. In these days when people are so ready to criticise the NHS, it is wonderful to be able to sing the praises of an exemplary hospital.See the full content of this document
