TWO teenagers who behaved like "hooligans" by breaking into a property already plagued by anti-social behaviour and leaving it ablaze have been locked up.

Kurt Miller, 19, and a 16-year-old, who cannot be named because of his age, were part of a gang of five who went into the house in Chaddesden intending to vandalise it, Derby Crown Court heard yesterday.
