WHILE big rivals Aston-on-Trent and Rolls-Royce had a basement battle in the Premier League on Saturday, the two clubs' second teams took each other on with promotion as the prize in Division 5S on Sunday.

And it was Aston who came out on top, making 209-8 and bowling out Royces for 111 to take maximum points and finish five points ahead of them in second place, behind title winners Dunstall seconds.
