THE new basketball season starts for Derby Trailblazers tomorrow, when they take on Coalville Cougars in the first round of the National Cup at Noel-Baker School (3.30pm).

Though they have lost a clutch of their talented young players who have gone to college, coach Clarence Wiggins has added strength to his squad, with new academy director Matt Shaw returning to share point guard duties with Stedroy Baker.
