I WISH to make my feelings known about the remarks that Councillor Banwait made about planning permission being granted for the Tesco store in Osmaston Road. He said he was "over the moon" about the decision (Derby Telegraph, July 30). However, had he had his ear close to the ground, he would have realised that many residents in Boulton ward and the Osmaston area are very concerned about the traffic congestion this will cause.
