Refusing to give credit, raising the criteria on lending and charging unreasonable amounts on business loans - these are just some of the accusations that have been levelled against some UK banks since the downturn began. But Peter Ibbetson, chairman of business banking for Natwest and Royal Bank of Scotland, has dismissed these claims and says that money is being lent to help businesses in Derby grow. He spoke to business editor Robin Johnson.
