A MILLIONAIRE businessman who began his career as a plasterer has made it on to a national list of the wealthiest entrepreneurs.
John Bloor, founder of Swadlincote housing developer Bloor Holdings, has been placed 11th in the City and Guilds Vocational Rich List, which ranks the wealth of those who built their fortunes following an apprenticeship or other practical qualification.
