ECCLESBOURNE School's boys hockey team have vowed to come back stronger next year after narrowly missing out on a medal in the National Hockey Schools finals.

The boys, who were coached by Belper men's first-team coach Ben Lamb, qualified for the competition in Cannock, along with Trent College, by finishing in the top two of the county and Midlands finals.
