Summary
There are few things more irritating than people who think it is acceptable to impose their music on you while on public transport. So I must thank the Trent Barton bus driver who stopped his Red Arrow to tactfully challenge an annoying passenger playing loud music on his mobile.
He dealt with the matter so professionally and effectively that the passenger was well and truly put in his place. I have already written to Trent Barton suggesting they commend this driver.See the full content of this document
