THE worst 12 streets for flytipping have been named by Derby City Council after the total number of incidents rose by almost 1,400 last year.
Council workers were alerted to 9,768 fly-tipping offences in 2009-10, or 27 every day, compared to 8,388 in the previous 12 months.See the full content of this document
