CONFIRMATION has been given that plans for a boutique hotel at Derby's historic St Helen's House have been shelved and permission is now being sought to convert it into offices.
Developer Richard Blunt told the Derby Telegraph last year that he was in talks with a "well-known Derby firm" interested in basing its headquarters there.See the full content of this document
