THE Government says that there are two million uninsured cars on our roads. The police have the right to crush these cars. So why aren't they doing it? In the Derby Telegraph last week it said a dozen were con-victed of this offence. But no cars were taken off the road or confiscated. It appears it is cheaper to pay a fine than to buy insurance.
