FIVE men from Derby have pleaded not guilty to handling stolen goods after police searched a garage in the city. Sayed Shinwary, 31, of Friargate Court, Amir Khan, 35, of Beaufort Road, Abbas Habibi, 37, of Pear Tree Crescent, Tariq Gardaue, 34, and Mohammed Abousrour, 30, both of Burton Road, all denied the charge when they appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court yesterday afternoon.
