COUNCILLORS are being asked to revoke a decision to allow rickshaws to be licensed.
Derby City Council agreed in July 2008 to licence rickshaws as hackney carriages or private hire vehicles to ensure they were safe for the public to use after companies showed interest in setting up a service in the city centre, which would be free to customers and paid for through advertising revenue.See the full content of this document
