A DERBY firm of solicitors has successfully appealed against a decision made by Mayor of London Boris Johnson to oppose plans for seven telephone kiosks in Westminster.
The appeal was made by Smith Partnership after the City of London's Planning Inspectorate turned down an application by its client Infocus Public Networks to site solar-powered kiosks in the area.See the full content of this document
