AGE UK Derby is encouraging elderly people hit by rising care costs to make the most of services in the city.
The Derby Telegraph revealed this month that some elderly people had stopped going to care centres because of increased charges. The city council has removed subsidies for its day care centres and those who are assessed as being able to pay have to contribute more.See the full content of this document
