TWO venues have been voted Derbyshire's favourite contemporary buildings by visitors to an exhibition. The Multi-faith Centre at the University of Derby and The Roundhouse, in Derby, were jointly chosen by people who attended the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) East Midlands fifty50 exhibition.
The exhibition celebrated 50 outstanding modern buildings from the swinging sixties to the present day, which included examples of commercial, industrial, cultural and academic architecture.See the full content of this document
