A BUILDING society which has two of its three branches in Derbyshire has reported "encouraging" profits for the year. The Loughborough Building Society, which has a branch in Babington Lane, Derby, and another in Long Eaton, yesterday said that it made Pounds 1m in profit, just Pounds 22,000 less than the previous year.
Over the past 12 month, the society retained its market share of new lending, providing Pounds 22m in new loans.See the full content of this document
