Britain's three million company-car drivers have a 40% higher accident rate compared to private motorists but badly-driven business motors could soon be a thing of the past thanks to a new British School of Motoring (BSM) initiative.

BSM has linked up with Thames Valley Police to come up with a course that flags up the risk of companies and their drivers being subjected, under new health and safety legislation, to legal action in the event of an accident.
