A MOTHER and daughter, who both had major surgery to beat breast cancer, are calling on the Government to help them continue running a national helpline for people in the same situation.

Wendy Watson and her daughter, Becky Measures, each had both breasts removed in a bid to avoid the cancer, which had affected so many women in their family.
