HAVING just returned from a visit to Derby I have to say that the attitude and behaviour of the bus driver I encountered on the number 17 route (which we attempted to board at Albert Street on August 26) leaves much to be desired.

As a native of the town, now living in Yorkshire, I was taken aback by the sheer indolence of the driver concerned.
