COLLECTIBLES BY CHARLES HANSON RECENTLY, I was pleased to inspect a rather large teapot and cover which I suspect would serve at least 10 cups.
The teapot, with a rustic brown lead glaze and applied decoration, is known as Barge-ware since it is associated with use on canal boats. The pottery is particularly stylish and we forget a lot of it was made in South Derbyshire in Church Gresley from 1870 to 1910.See the full content of this document
