A RUGBY sportswear brand is in seventh heaven after securing funding through an investment event held in Derby.

In April, the city's first Angels Den event matched investors with entrepreneurs at Number Five bar, in George Street. It brought together Jon Allen, managing director of sportswear firm Front Up Rugby with an investor who has now transferred the funds to back the brand.
