Dvla Changes Rule On Penalty Points for Drivers

A CHANGE of policy at the DVLA could have potentially disastrous consequences for firms relying on their drivers, a Derby lawyer has warned. Under new rules, drivers who receive penalty points only have 28 days rather than 12 months to produce their driving licences.
