A DRIVER who threw a cigarette end out of his car window was fined Pounds 175 by Ilkeston magistrates. An Erewash Borough Council neighbourhood warden spotted the incident and issued a fixed-penalty ticket against Peter Reynolds, of Fitzwilliam Drive, Forest Town.
